How do I get started?
Fill out contact us form and submit it to us online. We will contact you to set up your health and fitness evaluation (link here). Then you can pay with a credit card or mail us a check, and we’ll custom design your training so tat you you’re your goal & schedule your first session.
What does the health and fitness evaluation consist of?
The more we know about your health, the more accurately we can design a safe and effective program for you. We’ll meet with you to discuss your health, medical, and injury history, discuss your specific fitness goals, and take your initial body tracking measurements. This helps us create a safe, personalized, multi-faceted in-home and/or outdoor conditioning fitness program to get you to your goal as soon as possible.
How can I be sure that I will see results?
How often and how hard you exercise—as well as your nutrition—will determine the success of your program. Our job is to help ensure your success through a highly-customized program. We recommend that all of our clients train at least three times per week.
What if I need to cancel?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy or you will be charged for the session. However, we will make up your session(s) if you miss due to an emergency situation such as medical, military, or work-related trip. We understand you have a life outside of your training!
Do you give discounts to train more than 1 person at once?

Is the full payment required up front?
Yes. We require a full commitment on your part because we plan our programs in-full prior to your training.
Can I get a refund if I decide not to continue?
If you cancel prior to starting any services within one week, you may have a refund. However, there is a $100.00 cancellation fee to cover the significant time we spend on your program design and fitness assessment.
